Know what to ask.
Plan with confidence.
Straightforward answers for the decisions that come before a display goes into production.
What is the difference between a balloon, a blimp and a cold-air inflatable?
A helium balloon is usually rounded; a blimp has a longer airship shape. Both are tethered floating displays. A cold-air inflatable stands on the ground and uses a running electric fan. Choose around the viewing distance, available space and operating arrangements.
Can I add my company logo?
Yes. Share your logo, brand colors and proposed wording with Arizona Balloon Company. The team will confirm the appropriate graphics method and review the artwork for the selected product. Use artwork you own or have permission to reproduce.
Should I rent or buy an advertising display?
Start with how often you expect to use it. A rental can suit a fixed event; ownership may make sense for repeated campaigns. Ask the team to compare availability, artwork, delivery, operating needs and the full cost for your dates.
How much does a balloon or advertising blimp cost?
There is no single project price. Size, shape, graphics, rental duration, equipment and delivery affect the quote. Use the current product and price information on arizonaballoon.com, then request an itemized quote for your exact plan.
Does a cold-air inflatable need helium?
No. A cold-air display uses a continuously running inflation fan. Plan for suitable power, anchoring, clearance and operating supervision. A floating helium product has different inflation and tethering needs.
What information should I send for a quote?
Include your city, event date, indoor or outdoor setting, approximate available space, intended message and rental or purchase preference. Note any fixed delivery deadline and whether power, helium or setup support needs to be discussed.
Can you ship outside Arizona?
Arizona Balloon Company offers nationwide shipping. Confirm the destination, access, event deadline and any installation needs with the team before ordering.
How far in advance should I plan?
Check before committing to an event date. Artwork approval, production, rental availability and shipping all affect timing. The team can confirm a realistic schedule for the selected display; this website does not promise a universal turnaround.
Can a balloon or blimp be used at a trade show?
Possibly, depending on ceiling clearance, venue rules, tethering and the type of display. Give the team your booth dimensions and exhibitor requirements. The venue must approve the proposed installation.
What about wind, permits and site approval?
Every deployment needs a site-specific plan. Weather, anchors, nearby obstacles, property permission and applicable aviation, local or venue requirements must be checked. Follow the supplied instructions; a visual concept is not an installation or flight approval.
Is the 3D display an exact model of the product I will receive?
No. It is an interactive shape and color illustration to help you explore an idea. It does not represent engineering dimensions, lift, flight behavior, print placement or a production-ready proof. Final specifications and artwork are confirmed with your quote.
